FAYA14 currently operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

Orders may require confirmation by phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS before shipment.
If we are unable to reach you to confirm your order, we reserve the right to cancel it.

2. Payment at Delivery

Payment must be made in full in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
Failure to provide payment will result in the order being considered refused.

3. Refused Deliveries

If a customer:

• Refuses delivery without valid reason

• Fails to answer the courier

• Provides incorrect contact or address details

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order

• Restrict or block future Cash on Delivery orders

• Require prepayment for future purchases (if online payments become available)

Repeated refused deliveries may result in permanent restriction from ordering.

4. Shipping Costs in Case of Refusal

If an order is shipped and refused without valid reason, we reserve the right to recover delivery costs incurred.

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders at our discretion.
