Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with manuals (if available), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24–72 hours if the item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, then provide clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Returns or Exchanges

We carefully inspect all products before shipment.

After confirmation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Refused deliveries

If you receive the wrong product due to our error:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • We will arrange replacement at no additional cost

Failure to notify within 72 hours may void eligibility.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via cash return upon pickup or bank transfer (if banking details are provided by the customer).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
